Necessary Terms for Getting Residence Permit
- The real estate must belong to the individual(s) who want to get a residence permit.
- The real estate value must be at least 250.00 Euro. The residence permit for shared ownership is only valid when the property owners are married. If the individuals are not married, these individuals are expected to make 250,000 Euro investments separately.
- The residence permit for the parents of spouses is indefinite while the residence permit for their children is until 24 years old (21+3).
- If multiple real estate investment is preferred, the minimum total real estate investment value must be 250,000 Euro.

Your residence permit is entirely under European Union assurance. You will have this lifelong residence permit as long as you don’t sell your investment and your rights will not be affected even if the Golden Visa terms change in the future.
